Calculating Custom Batch Sizes
The Batch Calculator can be accessed from the Formulations page by clicking on the New Batch Size button (located at bottom-right of the page).
On this page, enter the following data:
- Mesh count (in threads per inch, selected from list)
- Print area (in square inches)
- Coverage (in percent)
- Number of prints
When all the elements have been entered, the bottom Ink Required box will update to display the grams of ink required for this custom batch.
You can change any of the elements and the Ink Required box will be automatically updated.
When you are satisfied with the batch size calculation, click the Return to Formulation button to return to the Formulations page. The custom batch size you have calculated will be passed through to the Formulations page and the formulation data will be updated.
